Puuron uusi aika
My first cookbook Puuron uusi aika is a porridge book like no other: it’s all about creative & delicious savory and sweet porridges, cooked and raw porridges, puddings, and yogurts. The book has a section dedicated to using leftover porridge in waffles, cookies, smoothies and many other yummy foods. All recipes are made using wholesome vegan plant-based ingredients, free from gluten. I made the cookbook with my fellow foodie friend and entrepreneur Tuulia from Wellberries, and it was published in Finland in May 2017.
