Blueberry porridge with vanilla cream is my way of turning simple ingredients into a delicious breakfast. In my berry forest porridge is never boring. Although we mostly eat porridge from a bowl sometimes I like to make it fancy like this layered into a parfait.
This had to happen: whipped coffee overnight oats! You know the whipped instant coffee or dalgona coffee trend? As a big lover of coffee flavored oats I simply had to try the delicious dalgona coffee as a breakfast version and this is the dreamy result!

Today I’m sharing one of my latest naturally sweetened sweet treat obsessions: banana-sweetened vegan no-bake fruit and cream tart. This tart is also gluten-free with gluten-free rolled oats and nuts in the crust. No maple syrup, no dates, nor refined sugar is needed to make this. Just naturally sweet fruits and a whole lotta love!
