Have you ever tried whipped berry porridge? It’s a traditional Nordic porridge, which is usually made of semolina and either lingonberries or red currants. Whipped porridge is naturally vegan but it’s not gluten-free. I decided to make a gluten-free version of this creamy dreamy berry porridge or vispipuuro as it’s called in Finnish.

Bunch of fresh rhubarb in my hand and a strong love for buckwheat – a very solid premise for this delicious breakfast recipe. Raw buckwheat strawberry porridge with rhubarb compote is a lovely balance of creaminess and sourness, it’s ready in about 15 minutes and also kid-friendly.
I’m calling this the best taco bruschetta for two reasons: 1. it tastes amazing (obviously)! Fresh, zingy, and creamy too thanks to the avocado and cream cheese. 2. it is very simple to make! Just chop, mix and EAT. Takes about 10 minutes!
I didn’t know what to call this delicious snack, so I named it healthy vegan nutella pudding smoothie, which describes in many words exactly what it is 🙂 It’s either a pudding or a smoothie depending on the amount of liquid used, and it’s one of our favorite kid-friendly chocolatey snacks.

I made a little twist to the classic strawberries & cream and created this delicious, healthy breakfast: Strawberries and tahini cream overnight oats. Tahini is an amazingly flavorful addition to oats – the warm, mildly spicy flavor goes so well with sweet juicy strawberries. This breakfast is nourishing and ready in 10 minutes!
Getting more and more into holiday mood by dressing up my oatmeal with festive flavors! This vegan nutella peppermint oatmeal was inspired by my classic nutella oatmeal recipe, which I wanted to cheer up a bit. Peppermint was just the perfect ingredient to add to this dreamy oatmeal 🙂
