SNICKERS CHIA OVERNIGHT OATS

Prep time includes at least 30 min storing time (in the fridge) for the chia overnight oats.
Ingredients
  • Chia overnight oats
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (or plant-milk of choice)
  • ⅓ cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice to taste)
  • ⅛ tsp vanilla bean powder
  • pinch of salt
  • Vegan caramel
  • 3 tbsp smooth organic peanut butter
  • 1,5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk (or plant-milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice to taste)
  • pinch of salt
  • Other toppings
  • ¼ cups chopped salted peanuts
  • Few pieces of vegan dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. Chia overnight oats: Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Store in the fridge for at least 30 min or overnight.
  2. Vegan caramel: mix all caramel ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Add more plant milk if needed.
  3. Toppings: melt dark chocolate in a water bath and chop peanuts.
  4. Assembling the Snickers jars: Scoop chia-overnight oats into two small jars. Add half of the chopped peanuts, vegan caramel (generous amount), and drizzle melted chocolate on top. Top with the remaining chopped peanuts.
  5. Enjoy this healthy delicious treat as a snack or brekkie :)
