MOCHA FUDGE SNACK BALLS

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (or any plant milk)
  • 0,5 tbsp instant coffee powder (or 1 tbsp if you want a strong coffee flavor)
  • 1 dl = a generous ⅓ cup of almond butter (other nut butters work too!)
  • 70 g = 2,5 oz pitted dates (medjool or similar)
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Sprinkles, dried berries and shredded coconut for rolling.
Instructions
  1. Warm the almond milk a bit. Mix milk and instant coffee until dissolved.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
  3. Roll the soft batter into balls and coat with sprinkles, dried berries, shredded coconut or anything you like. If the batter is too soft to roll put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes and roll again :)
  4. Store in the freezer and enjoy whenever you feel like dessert-snacking.
