I decided to make a delicious summer brunch: overnight oats x 4 with new products from both Fazer Aito and Fazer Yosa: blueberry, strawberry, mango and raspberry overnight oats.
Overnight oats using quality ingredients
This is the basis of my overnight oats, which I love to use varying the flavor of the Oat snack (oat based yogurt) and toppings.
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl Fazer Aito Oat drink
- 1 dl Fazer Aito or Fazer Yosa Oat snack (oat based yogurt)
I also often add chia seeds to my overnight oats to make the oats thicker. Chia seeds are super nourishing too!
For this delicious summer brunch: overnight oats x 4 I used new Fazer Aito Oat desserts (a creamy oat dessert), Fazer Aito strawberry Oat snack, Fazer Yosa Mango Oat snack and Fazer Yosa Protein blueberry. All these packages are recyclable.
Summer brunch: overnight oats x 4 for the whole family
Blueberry lingonberry overnight oats
Yosa Protein blueberry is the perfect berrylicious protein rich base for overnight oats (10 g protein in one package) .
- 200 g Yosa Protein blueberry
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 dl Fazer Aito Oat drink
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 dl lingonberries
- Topping: blueberries and lingonberries
Mix all ingredients and let set overnight or at least 3 hours in the fridge.
Mango banana overnight oats
Fazer Yosa Mango Oat snack is a fresh new snack with a delicious juicy mango flavor.
- 150 g Fazer Yosa Mango Oat snack
- half a mashed banana
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 0,5 dl Fazer Aito Oat drink
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- Toppings: berries
Mix all ingredients and let set overnight or at least 3 hours in the fridge.
Strawberry coconut overnight oats
Fazer Aito oat snack strawberry is made from Finnish gluten-free oats. Other gluten-free flavors are blueberry and cloudberry, so you can also test this same recipe with different flavors.
- 150 g Fazer Aito Strawberry Oat snack
- 1 dl Fazer Aito Oat drink
- 0,75 dl rolled oats
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 4 chopped strawberries
- Toppings: more strawberries
Mix all ingredients and let set overnight or at least 3 hours in the fridge. If you want to make this more like dessert overnight oats, just whip Fazer Aito Oat for whipping and mix with the oats!
Raspberry dessert overnight oats
Fazer Aito new Oat dessert is a yummy creamy oat-based dessert with two flavors available: raspberry and mango. These raspberry dessert overnight oats have a layer of caramel overnight oats and raspberry oat dessert.
Vegan caramel:
- 3 tbsp cashew or almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- about 1 tbsp (or more if needed) Fazer Aito Oat drink
- pinch of salt
Caramel overnight oats:
- 1,5 dl Fazer Aito Oat drink
- 1,5 dl rolled oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp vegan caramel
Mix all ingredients and let set overnight or at least 3 hours in the fridge. When the oats are ready layer Raspberry Oat dessert and caramel overnight oats in a jar. Add rest of the caramel on top with berries.
